Abstract:
A near-infrared nano photosensitizer, a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The present invention relates to the technical field of photosensitizers. In the near-infrared nano photosensitizer, a conjugate extension modification is performed on a fluoroboron dipyrrole parent core, whereby the absorption and emission spectrum thereof is close to a near-infrared light region; a polyfluoroalkane group and a polyethylene glycol group are introduced into the fluoroboron dipyrrole structure to obtain an amphiphilic photosensitizer; by utilizing a strong fluorine-fluorine effect between the polyfluoroalkane group and a hydrophilic effect of the polyethylene glycol group, a nano photosensitive micelle with an ultralow CMC value is finally constructed; J-aggregation of the fluoroboron dipyrrole is induced by utilizing the fluorine-fluorine effect, such that the maximum absorption peak thereof is red-shifted to a near-infrared region, which is beneficial for deep phototherapy of tumors.
