A display panel (100). The display panel (100) has a bending area (BA). The display panel (100) comprises a substrate (101), a first stress release layer (104a) and a conductive structure (10). The first stress release layer (104a) is disposed on the substrate (101) and corresponds to the bending area (BA). The conductive structure (10) is disposed on the substrate (101). The Young's modulus of the conductive structure (10) is greater than the Young's modulus of the first stress release layer (104a).
