Abstract:
Provided is a method for manufacturing a needle member having a needle section on a first surface of a substrate section made of a thermoplastic resin, the method comprising: a step for filling, with the thermoplastic resin, a duplicate plate having recesses corresponding to the shape of the needle section and forming the needle member; a step for disposing a support member made of a material different from the material forming the needle member, on a second surface on the opposite side of the first surface of the substrate section; and a step for detaching, from the duplicate plate, the needle member and the support member integrated with each other.
