Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of achieving a negative photosensitive resin composition which is capable of forming a fine patterned cured film that has a low taper angle by having adequate solubility in an alkaline developer solution of a high concentration, and which enables an organic EL display device to have high display quality if the cured film is used therein. The present invention provides a negative photosensitive resin composition which contains (a) a coloring agent, (b) an alkali-soluble resin, (c) a radically polymerizable compound and (d) a radical polymerization initiator, wherein the radically polymerizable compound (c) contains a compound (c-1) that has a fluorene skeleton, a fused polycyclic aromatic ring other than fluorene, and one or more hydroxyl groups.
