Abstract:
Provided is a negative type coloring photosensitive resin composition which has excellent heat resistance and with which a cured film having a forward tapered shape can be formed. This negative type coloring photosensitive resin composition contains (A) an alkali-soluble resin, (B) a photopolymerization initiator, (C) a photopolymerizable compound, and (D) a colorant, wherein: (A) the alkali-soluble resin contains (A-1) a polyimide precursor, a polybenzoxazole precursor, and/or a copolymer of the precursors; and (A-1) the resin has a trifluoromethyl group in the main chain skeleton.
