Abstract:
Provided is a negative-type photosensitive composition that enables image development to take place using a low-concentration inorganic alkaline aqueous solution, and that enables formation of a pixel division layer that achieves both a small taper angle and a low drive voltage for an organic EL display device. This negative-type photosensitive composition contains: (a) at least one selected from the group consisting of (meth)acrylate compounds having one 9,9-bisarylfluorene skeleton in the molecule and having a structure represented by formula (1) in the molecule, (meth)acrylate compounds having one or two adamantane skeletons in the molecule and having a structure represented by formula (1) in the molecule, and salts thereof; and (b) a photoinitiator.
