Abstract:
[PROBLEMS] To provide a neutralization apparatus capable of short distance installation in which neutralization can be carried out while preventing extremely increase in surface potential of a work when the neutralization apparatus is installed at a short distance to the work. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A holding member (4) installed with a plurality of discharge needles (5a, 5b) and provided with an air outlet (6) for jetting air around these discharge needles is fixed with a cover (8) formed of a conductive porous material covering the discharge needles (5a, 5b), wherein the cover (8) has functions for discharging ionized air uniformly from the surface of the cover (8) and absorbing a part of ions generated through continuity with the ground.
