Abstract:
A new-type pulley bearing and a mounting method therefor, a pulley component, and a pulley assembly. The new-type pulley bearing comprises an inner ring (110), an outer ring (120) and rolling elements (130). The inner ring (110) comprises an inner ring main body (111), a first flange (112) and a second flange (113), wherein the first flange (112) and the second flange (113) are respectively located at two ends of the inner ring main body (111); several fixed middle flanges (120) are provided on an inner side of the outer ring (120) to space apart the adjacent rolling elements (130); and the first flange (112) and/or the second flange (113) is/are detachably connected to the inner ring main body (111). The inner ring main body is of an integral non-split structure without a middle flange, which reduces grooving, punching, hoop clamping, etc., involved in a splitting process and reduces machining faces of the middle flanges. In addition, the inner ring has no middle flange, the outer ring has a large middle flange width adjustment space, and thus on the condition that the pulley bearing has the same outline dimension as an existing bearing, the length of the rolling element can be appropriately increased, such that the load carrying capacity of the bearing is improved, and the pulley bearing has a simple process and high load carrying capacity.
