Abstract:
[Problem] To improve the composition of a conventional nickel-based amorphous alloy ribbon for brazing, to enhance workability by suppressing embrittlement and clogging of a casting nozzle when producing the ribbon, and to enhance connection strength and corrosion resistance of a stainless steel joined object used in a heat exchanger or the like. [Solution] The nickel-based amorphous alloy ribbon for brazing comprises a composition represented by the compositional formula Ni100-d-x-y-z-f-gCrdPxSiyBzCfNg (where, by mass%, 22.00 ≤ d ≤ 29.00, 4.00 ≤ x ≤ 8.00, 1.00 ≤ y ≤ 7.00, 0 < z ≤ 0.20, 0.005 ≤ f ≤ 0.100, 0.001 ≤ g ≤ 0.050, and 7.00 ≤ x+y ≤ 13.00). The stainless steel joined object is brazed using same.
