Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a coating agent which can be stably affixed to metal surfaces and can impart blood compatibility.
[Solution] A copolymer which is usable as the coating agent is provided, the copolymer comprising a PEG segment and a segment that randomly has one or more cyclic nitroxide radicals and one or more phosphate groups (-PO(OH)2) as side chains or pendent groups.
