Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a nodular cast iron pipe fastening apparatus, the nodular cast iron pipe fastening apparatus comprising two fastening mechanisms arranged in sequence along a first direction; each fastening mechanism comprises a base, a drive cylinder being fixed on the base, a push plate being fixed on a piston rod of the drive cylinder, a horizontal plate being fixed perpendicularly on the lower end of the push plate, a first arcuate bracket and a second arcuate bracket being arranged in sequence on the horizontal plate along a second direction, a first cylinder and a second cylinder also being respectively fixed on the horizontal plate, a piston rod of the first cylinder being connected to the first arcuate bracket and a piston rod of the second cylinder being connected to the second arcuate bracket, such that the first arcuate bracket and the second arcuate bracket can move toward one another along the second direction, the first direction being perpendicular to the second direction, and the first arcuate brackets or the second arcuate brackets of the two fastening mechanisms can form a semicircular bracket after being docked together. The problem of inconvenient docking due to the large volume of nodular cast iron pipes is thereby solved.
