Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is cast pipe beveling equipment. The cast pipe beveling equipment comprises a base. An annular fixed ring is fixed to the base by means of a first support. A rotating ring is coaxially disposed on an end face of the annular fixed ring, so that the rotating ring can rotate around its own axis on the end face of the annular fixed ring. A plurality of cutter mechanisms are distributed on an end face of the rotating ring in an annular configuration. A driving shaft sleeve is coaxially disposed in the rotating ring. The outer side surface of the driving shaft sleeve is connected to the inner wall of the rotating ring by means of a supporting rod. A gear ring is coaxially fixed to the end of the driving shaft sleeve away from the rotating ring. A driving motor is further fixed to the base by means of a second support. A driving gear is fixed to an output shaft of the driving motor and engaged with the gear ring. A cast pipe positioning sleeve is further fixed to the base by means of a third support and passes through the driving shaft sleeve. The present invention solves the problem that existing beveling machines are complex in structure, and high in cost due to the complexity of driving mechanisms for driving cutter heads to rotate.
