Abstract:
A front surface side three-terminal capacitor (11) and a rear surface side three-terminal capacitor (21) are provided on a front surface (2A) and a rear surface (2B) of a circuit board (2), respectively, said front surface side three-terminal capacitor and said rear surface side three-terminal capacitor being provided at positions facing each other. A first external terminal (15) and a second external terminal (16) of the front surface side three-terminal capacitor (11) are electrically connected to hot side conductor patterns (3A, 3B). Third external terminals (27, 28) of the rear surface side three terminal capacitor (21) are electrically connected to ground side conductor patterns (5A, 5B). Third external terminals (17, 18) of the front surface side three-terminal capacitor (11), and a first external terminal (25) and a second external terminal (26) of the rear surface side three-terminal capacitor (21) are electrically connected to each other using vias (7A, 7B). Consequently, the front surface side three terminal capacitor (11) and the rear surface side three-terminal capacitor (21) are electrically connected to each other in series.
