Abstract:
The present invention relates to a noise reduction-type exhaust device for enhancing the output of an internal combustion engine and, more particularly, to a noise reduction-type exhaust device for enhancing the output of an internal combustion engine in which an air vortex generator is installed in an exhaust part of an internal combustion engine such as a vehicle to make the intake and exhaust air into a rotating vortex so as to improve the flow of air, thereby improving the combustion efficiency by improving the output according to the intake and exhaust efficiency, resulting in an improvement in fuel efficiency, a reduction of noise caused by a flow separation phenomenon, and, when a tension-type vortex leaf spring is twisted and installed in a hollow of an inner pipe, a reduction of noise and smoke according to a screw type, thereby extending the lifespan of the engine. The present invention provides a noise reduction-type exhaust device for enhancing the output of an internal combustion engine, in which an inner pipe (12) having a hollow (13) is formed in the inner diameter of an exhaust pipe (11) provided between the internal combustion engine and the outside, connection holes are formed at the inner pipe (12) at regular intervals to install vortex blades (15) provided between the inner pipe and the exhaust pipe (11) and having outwardly curving parts (16, 16a, 16b) formed by arranging one of a serrated, triangular, or rectangular form in a concavo-convex shape, and air is supplied in one direction to form a vortex, wherein a vortex blade (15) has a large protrusion part (19) and small protrusion parts (19a, 19b) coupled to a connection hole (12a) so as to be coupled to the connection hole, wherein a small protrusion part (19a) is formed below a vertical surface (17) of a vortex blade (15), and a small protrusion part (19b) is formed in the center between the small protrusion part (19a) and the large protrusion part (19), and then the small protrusion parts (19a, 19b) are formed to have the length and the height of the connection hole (12a) of the inner pipe (12), and the large protrusion part (19) formed at the lower side of an inclined surface (18) has the same length as the connection hole (12a) of the inner pipe (12) and protrudes 2 to 7 times longer in height so as to form a vortex in the hollow (13), and wherein the vertical surface (17) protrudes vertically from the inside having a gap (h) at the tip of the inner pipe (12), and on the opposite side, the inclined surface (18) is formed in the direction from the inner diameter to the outer diameter so that the tip of the outer diameter protrudes more than the tip of the inner pipe (12).
