Abstract:
The present invention relates to a noise-reducing intake device for increasing the output of an internal combustion engine and, more specifically, to a noise-reducing intake device, for increasing the output of an internal combustion engine, which is provided on an intake unit of an internal combustion engine of a vehicle or the like, is provided with an air vortex generator and enhances the airflow by means of turning the air being taken in or exhausted into a rotating vortex, and thus enhances the combustion efficiency by means of enhanced output in accordance with the intake/exhaust efficiency and thus increases fuel efficiency, reduces noise due to flow separation, reduces smoke, and extends the life of an engine. The noise-reducing intake device for increasing the output of an internal combustion engine has an inner pipe (12), having a hollow (13), in the inside of a cylindrical pipe (11) provided between the outside of the internal combustion engine and the engine, has, at fixed intervals, 3 to 6 vortex blades (15) formed inclinedly so as to have a spiral form in one direction in a space (14) between the cylindrical pipe (11) and the inner pipe (12), and thus enables the air to be supplied in one direction and form a vortex. The vortex blades (15) have corrugated patterns continuously formed on the entry part with which the air taken in initially comes into contact. The corrugated patterns have curved parts (16, 16a, 16b), formed concavely and convexly in the form of either a semicircular curve or an elliptical curve, and thus reduce flow separation and facilitate the airflow.
