In the present invention, even in a case where the magnitude of noise fluctuates with respect to an input signal in which noise is mixed into the desired signal, a decrease in the accuracy of noise suppression is evaded and noise components are suppressed with high accuracy. A noise suppression system comprises: an advance S/N ratio estimated value and expected value calculation unit in which, for an estimated value of the S/N ratio of the signal and the noise estimated from an input signal in which the signal and the noise are mixed, correction is carried out and an expected value of an advance S/N ratio is calculated on the basis of an advance S/N ratio model, or a signal model and a noise model; a noise suppression coefficient calculation unit that calculates a noise suppression coefficient using the expected value of the advance S/N ratio; and a noise suppression unit that suppresses noise components included in the input signal by multiplying the noise suppression coefficient by the input signal.
