Abstract:
The present invention pertains to a non-aqueous electrolyte cell electrode binder containing a water-soluble resin, wherein: in an aqueous solution state having a solid content concentration of 10 mass%, the viscosity of the aqueous solution at 25°C at a shear velocity of 10 s-1 is 4-30 Pa·s inclusive; and the thixotropic index, which is defined by the viscosity ratio between the viscosity of the aqueous solution at 25°C at a shear velocity of 10 s-1 and the viscosity of the aqueous solution at 25°C at a shear velocity of 100 s-1, is 1.8-5 inclusive.
