Abstract:
A non-contact dust-proof structure for a heat dissipating fan includes a stator (10) and a rotor (20). A bearing (13) is fixed in a shaft hole (12) of the shaft column (11) of the stator. A shaft core (21) of the rotor (20) is inserted into the bearing (13). A shaft core base (22) is provided in a root part of the shaft core (21) of the rotor (20) and embedded into the shaft hole (12) of the shaft column (11). Only a small gap is formed between an outer wall surface of the shaft core base (22) and an inner wall surface of the shaft hole (12). Multiple air guiding grooves (23) for preventing the external dust and steam from entering the bearing (13) are provided on the outer wall surface of the shaft core base (22). The air guiding grooves (23) may be a structure of a spiral groove or a herringbone groove. The air guiding grooves (23) can produce air pumping effect along with the high speed rotation of the rotor (20), so as to achieve a non-contact dust-proof protection. The dust-proof structure is used for avoiding the effect on operation of the bearing (13), ensuring the operating property of the heat dissipating fan, and prolonging its service life.
