Abstract:

A non-contact power feeding device (1) according to the present invention is provided with: a non-contact power feeding circuit (4) for feeding AC power in a non-contact manner, the non-contact power feeding circuit having a circuit configuration in which a power feeding element (44) disposed in a power feeding unit (2) and a power receiving element (45) disposed in a power receiving unit (3) capable of being displaced relative to the power feeding unit are disposed facing each other; a phase difference detection unit (5) for detecting a phase difference (θ) between a voltage phase (θV) of an AC voltage applied to the non-contact power feeding circuit in the power feeding unit and a current phase (θI) of an AC current that flows into the power feeding element, the phase difference changing depending on a relative positional relationship between the power feeding element and the power receiving element; and a determination unit (6) for determining the relative positional relationship between the power feeding element and the power receiving element on the basis of the phase difference. As a result, the relative positional relationship between the power feeding element and the power receiving element can be determined without using a dedicated sensor and without increases in size of the device configuration or cost. Further, by variably adjusting a power feeding condition on the basis of the determined relative positional relationship, high power feeding efficiency can be secured.
