Abstract:
Provided is a non-contact type information recording medium (1) comprising: a storage unit (8) that stores a permission code which permits information communication between the non-contact type information recording medium (1) and a reading device (10), in order to effectively resolve collisions; a determination unit (9) that acquires, from the reading device (10), an application ID code allocated to each application of information communication, and determines whether the permission code and the acquired application ID code match; and an information transmission unit (6) that transmits, to the reading device (10), information communication start instruction information for starting information communication, if the permission code and the acquired application ID code matched. Also provided is the reading device (10), which comprises: a storage unit (15) that stores application ID codes; an information transmission unit (13) that transmits an application ID code to the non-contact type information recording medium (1); and an information receiving unit (12) that receives, from the non-contact type information recording medium (1), the information communication start instruction information for starting information communication between the non-contact type information recording medium (1) and the reading device (10).
