Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of artificial turf, and specifically relates to a non-contact type permanent antibacterial artificial turf and a manufacturing process thereof. The artificial turf comprises a back adhesive and an artificial grass filament. The back adhesive and the artificial grass filament respectively contain inorganic antibacterial powder. The inorganic antibacterial powder consists of talcum powder and a lanthanide rare earth oxide. The lanthanide rare earth oxide is a trace element. The inorganic antibacterial powder can emit an electromagnetic wave having a frequency of 0.4 THz to 2.0 THz under the irradiation of heat rays. The inorganic antibacterial powder of the artificial turf effectively sterilizes without contacting with bacteria, and has the advantage of permanent antibacterial property.
