Abstract:
The purpose is to provide, by utilization of primary recrystallization, control of the new crystal texture, and control of grain size, a non-oriented electrical steel sheet that not only has low low-frequency iron losses, but also low high-frequency iron losses. The non-oriented electrical steel sheet has a component composition that contains, in mass%, C : not more than 0.0050%, Si : 1.0-7.5%, Mn : not more than 2.00%, P : not more than 0.10%, and S : not more than 0.0040% with the balance being Fe and unavoidable impurities. The sheet thickness is not more than 0.20 mm. In the ODF, the maximum intensity is within Φ = 0°, and the intensity at the position φ1 = 45°, φ2 = 45°, and Φ = 0° is at least 4.0. The method for producing non-oriented electrical steel sheet is a production method that performs: hot rolling of a steel material having a prescribed component composition; cold rolling two times with an interposed intermediate annealing; and subsequently a final annealing. The reduction ratio in the first cold rolling is at least 92%, and the reduction ratio in the second cold rolling is 30-80%.
