Abstract:
Provided is a non-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet composed of an inner layer part and a surface layer part, the non-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet having a component composition containing Si and also containing, in terms of average content in the entire sheet thickness, 0.020% by mass or less of C, 0.010% by mass to 2.0% by mass of Mn, and 0.0100% by mass or less of S, with the remainder comprising Fe and unavoidable impurities, wherein the average Si content [Si]1 in the surface layer part is 2.5 to 7.0% by mass and the average Si content [Si]0 in the inner layer part is 1.5 to 5.0% by mass. The surface layer part has in-plane tensile stress of 5 to 50 MPa, the sheet thickness t of the non-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet is 0.01 to 0.35 mm, the ratio t1/t of the total thickness t1 of the surface layer part to the sheet thickness t is 0.10 to 0.70, the average N content [N] in the entire sheet thickness of the non-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet is 40 ppm or less, and the iron loss W10/400 (W/kg) and the sheet thickness t (mm) satisfy formula (1).
