Abstract:
Provided is a non-specific reaction inhibition method which renders possible the accurate measurement of a substance to be measure in a specimen, in the continuous immunoassay of specimens including plasminogen and fibrin, said continuous immunoassay being conducted using an automated analyzer in which a specimen sampling nozzle and a measurement-reagent sampling nozzle are used in conjunction. The non-specific reaction inhibition method is characterized in that a reaction between a substance to be measured and an antibody bound to the substance to be measured is conducted in the presence of casein and tissue plasminogen activator, in the continuous immunoassay of the substance to be measured in a specimen, said continuous immunoassay using specimens including plasminogen and fibrin and being implemented by an automated analyzer in which a specimen sampling nozzle and a measurement-reagent sampling nozzle are used in conjunction. This non-specific reaction inhibition method is effective in the clinical diagnosis of diseases such as liver cancer.
