Abstract:
The present invention relates to a hyaluronate nonwoven fabric using a hyaluronate fiber and to a method for manufacturing same and, more specifically, to a highly functional hyaluronate nonwoven fabric made of a hyaluronate fiber having a rough surface and a micro diameter and to a method for manufacturing same. The method for manufacturing a hyaluronate nonwoven fabric of the present invention comprises the steps of: (a) preparing a hyaluronate fiber; (b) curl-treating the prepared hyaluronate fiber; (c) cutting the curled hyaluronate fiber; (d) forming a web with the cut hyaluronate fiber; and (e) needle-punching the formed hyaluronate web. The hyaluronate nonwoven fabric of the present invention comprises hyaluronate at a high concentration, is prepared by needle-punching high-strength hyaluronate fiber, and has excellent adhesive strength and tensile strength, and thus can be used in various fields, such as a mask pack for an external preparation for skin, a biomaterial for tissue repair, and an anti-adhesion covering material.
