Abstract:
The present invention provides a nonlinear optical crystal beryllium fluoroborate and a preparation method and application thereof. NH4Be2BO3F2 or Be2BO3F (BBF) has an nonlinear optical effect, does not deliquesce in air with good chemical stability, can be widely applied in the field of various nonlinear optics and can open up the nonlinear optical application of deep ultraviolet waveband.
