Abstract:
A normal pressure cutter replacement method and a cutter replacement tool for a tunnel boring machine. The tunnel boring machine comprises a cutter (1), a cutter cylinder (2) and an outer cylinder body (3); the outer cylinder body (3) is provided with a first mounting hole (31) and a gate plate (32); the cutter cylinder (2) comprises a front cylinder body (21) and a rear cylinder body (22). The normal pressure cutter replacement method comprises: pulling the cutter cylinder (2) back from the rear of the cutter cylinder (2) until the cutter (1) is located on the rear side of the gate plate (32) and the front cylinder body (21) is partially located in the first mounting hole (31), and closing the gate plate (32); detaching the rear cylinder body (22) from the front cylinder body (21); pulling the front cylinder body (21) back until the front cylinder body (21) and the cutter (1) are completely disengaged from the first mounting hole (31); replacing the cutter (1) on the front cylinder body (21), and reinserting the front cylinder body (21), the cutter (1) of which is replaced, into the first mounting hole (31); and remounting the rear cylinder body (22) to the front cylinder body (21), opening the gate (32), and pushing the cutter cylinder (2) forwards until the cutter (1) is completely inserted into the first mounting hole (31). According to the normal pressure cutter replacement method, a space required during cutter replacement can be reduced, that is, cutter replacement can also be performed when there is no sufficient cutter replacement space.
