Abstract:
An air-cooled electric vibrating table: an improvement of an air-cooled part on an existing basis is that three or more flow guide air duct structural blocks (8) are evenly distributed along the circumferential direction and flatly attached on the surface of an excitation coil or the bottom side thereof, the air duct structural blocks (8) are provided with semi-open grooves (81, 81a, 81b) that are axially coincident with or close to air inlets (131, 131a, 131b), and the grooves of all the air duct structural blocks (8) are oriented to be consistent along the circumferential direction of a cavity; and a positioning block (6a) is adjusted to be flow guide blocks (6b, 6c) inserted obliquely with the axial direction of the vibrating table. By means of providing air duct structural blocks (8) distributed at different positions, a cooling airflow is transformed into multiple top-to-bottom rotations, thus completely covering every corner of all gaps. Moreover, by means of the air duct drainage effect of flow guide blocks (6b, 6c) combined with the structural blocks (8) the cooling airflow is formed into a multi-layered overall airflow without dead spaces outside of a central magnetic pole (5), thereby extending the cooling path dozens of times, and improving the flow controllability and cooling effect of the cooling airflow oriented towards a moving coil (31), excitation, etc.
