Abstract:
The bag-making machine designed in the present invention comprises a material reel and an unwinding mechanism, a material roll being wrapped on the material reel and being unwound by means of the unwinding mechanism, the unwinding mechanism specifically being a downward equilateral triangle mechanism, the upper edge of the equilateral triangle being a rotating shaft to assist unwinding, a set of rollers being provided at the bottom sharp corner of the equilateral triangle, the set of rollers clamping the material roll to rotate downward and driving the material roll to unwind downward, a set of material-pulling rubber wheels being provided below the rollers, the material-pulling rubber wheels being perpendicular to the rollers and clamping the material roll to unwind downward; the arrangement of the equilateral triangle mechanism implements automatic folding of a bag body, the rollers pulling the material roll straight to ensure the smoothness of the surface of the material roll, and the material-pulling rubber wheels folding the bag body; a pressing rod is provided at one side of the material-pulling rubber wheels, the pressing rod and the material-pulling rubber wheels being on the same horizontal plane, the pressing rod flattening the material roll and cooperating with conveying mechanisms to prevent the material roll from producing wrinkles, the conveying mechanisms being disposed above the pressing rod, a cutting apparatus being disposed between the two conveying mechanisms, and the conveying mechanisms and the cutting apparatus all being disposed on a work platform.
