Abstract:
The present invention relates to a novel benzopyran derivative having inhibitory activity against anoctamin 1 (ANO1) and a use thereof. Exhibiting excellent inhibitory activity against ANO1, the novel benzopyran derivative or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof according to the present invention is expected to allow for more fundamental approach and targeted therapy in the prevention or treatment of ANO1-overexpressed cancers including prostate cancer, colorectal cancer, esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, pancreatic cancer, head and neck cancer, and breast cancer.
