Abstract:
A novel built-in battery structure, comprising a controller case (4), a battery core (14), a battery aluminium case (15), a battery lock (19), and a vehicle frame outer tube (22); forming a built-in controller by means of fixing a controller front cover plate (2), a power supply plug male end (6), and a controller rear cover plate (8) onto the rear end of the controller shell (4); and assembling a battery front socket (9), a power supply plug-in female end (11), and a battery plug-in female end fixing seat (12) into a battery case assembly; inserting the battery shell assembly into which the battery core (14) and fittings are assembled and the controller together into the vehicle frame outer tube (22) along a guide groove (222) in the vehicle frame outer tube (22) by means of plugging together the power supply plug-in female end (11) and the power supply plug male end (6), such that the battery and the controller cannot shake inside the vehicle frame outer tube (22), ingeniously solving the problem of the collision and up-down movement of the battery and the controller
when the vehicle moves; in addition, the electric vehicle chassis and rear-end wiring can pass through two sides of the vehicle frame outer tube (22), avoiding interference during quick release of the battery, achieving the objective of quick release and loading of the battery by means of the switch of a key.
