Abstract:
The present invention relates to an intracellular delivery technology for delivering biologically active substances into cells and, more specifically, to a novel cell-penetrating peptide having an excellent cell-penetrating ability, and a use thereof. In the present invention, a novel cell-penetrating peptide is synthesized and an excellent cell-penetrating ability thereof is identified. Therefore, a cell-penetrating peptide according to the present invention can effectively deliver substances having biological activity into the living body such as the cells and tissues thereof, and thus is expected to be effectively usable in the fields of basic research, diagnosis and treatment of various diseases, and the like.
