Abstract:
Provided are a novel compound, a use thereof for inhibiting checkpoint kinase 2 (Chk2), and a use thereof for preventing or treating cancer. Since the compound of the present invention has high Chk2 selectivity, the compound can overcome PARP inhibitor resistance and toxicity, and may be effectively used for preventing or treating cancer.
