Title:
NOVEL MICROORGNAISM SENSITIVE TO LYSOZYME
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2004/018651
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
It is intended to provide a bacterium belonging to the genus Rhodococcus which is sensitive to lysozyme at a low concentration compared with a wild type strain, can be easily lysed and enables the recovery of an expressed recombinant protein. Namely, a mutant microorganism belonging to the genus Rhodococcus which has a higher sensitivity to lysozyme than that of a wild type microorganism belonging to the genus Rhodococcus.
