Abstract:
Provided is a novel monoclonal antibody which can be widely used as a tag antibody in an immunodetection method using an antigen-antibody reaction such as a Western blotting method, an immunoprecipitation method, a chromatin immunoprecipitation method, and an immunostaining method. The monoclonal antibody is a monoclonal antibody specifically binding to a peptide or a protein containing an amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO: 1 as an epitope region, and is characterized by comprising a heavy chain variable region containing CDR1 comprising the amino acid sequence of amino acid numbers 18 to 25 in SEQ ID NO: 2, CDR2 comprising the amino acid sequence of amino acid numbers 43 to 50 in SEQ ID NO: 2, and CDR3 comprising the amino acid sequence of amino acid numbers 89 to 97 in SEQ ID NO: 2, and a light chain variable region containing CDR1 comprising the amino acid sequence of amino acid numbers 18 to 23 in SEQ ID NO: 3, CDR2 comprising the amino acid sequence of amino acid numbers 41 to 43 in SEQ ID NO: 3, and CDR3 comprising the amino acid sequence of amino acid numbers 80 to 88 in SEQ ID NO: 3.
