Abstract:
Provided is a noodle product with a high magnesium content. The present invention relates to a noodle product in which the flour contains concentrated bitterns. Namely, the noodle product of the present invention contains concentrated bittern and thereby provides noodle products as a food with nutrient function claims (FNFC) such as replenishing Mg which is an essential mineral, not inducing high blood pressure, and alleviating morning sickness, etc.
