Abstract:
[Problem] The problem of the present invention is to provide: a novel oligosaccharide that can be used in order to manufacture a 2-branched glycan having an α2,6-sialic acid structure at a non-reducing end; a method for manufacturing the same; a manufacturing intermediate for the novel oligosaccharide; a method for manufacturing the intermediate; a novel oligosaccharide that is a 2-branched glycan having an α2,6-sialic acid structure at a non-reducing end; a method for manufacturing that oligosaccharide; an intermediate of that oligosaccharide; and a method for manufacturing that intermediate. [Solution] Provided are: novel oligosaccharides shown in formulas A-13 and D-13; a method for manufacturing the oligosaccharides shown in formula A-13 and formula D-13, as shown in fig. 1, fig. 3, etc.; an intermediate of those novel oligosaccharides; and a method for manufacturing the intermediate.
