Abstract:
The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating neuroinflammatory diseases comprising a novel oxadiazole derivative compound or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The present invention has excellent activity with respect to NOX inhibition, has an excellent neuroinflammation inhibitory effect, and has excellent blood-brain barrier permeability and metabolic stability, thus is capable of being used to treat neuroinflammatory diseases associated with NADPH oxidase (NOX).
