Abstract:
The present invention relates to a Prevotella histicola strain useful for the prevention or treatment of sleep disorders. Prevotella histicola exhibits an increase in total sleep time, non-REM (NREM) sleep time and REM sleep time, and a decrease in sleep latency and wake time, and thus can be used to prepare a safe drug for the prevention and treatment of sleep disorders.
