Abstract:
A ring dryer, comprising a housing (20), a top cover (10) provided at the top part of the housing (20), and a base (30) provided at the bottom part of the housing (20), and further comprising a feeding system (40) in which a wet material to be dried flows, a distributor (50), a discharge scraper (60), a rake rods (31), at least two annular heat exchangers (21) having different radii, and at least one drying disc (23). The wet material to be dried is coated on a surface of the annular heat exchangers (21) by means of the feeding system (40) and the distributor (50), after drying for a period of time, a semi-dry material is formed, the semi-dry material falls off from the surface of the annular heat exchangers (21) and enters an upper surface of the drying discs (23) below, and drying is continued, so as to obtain a dry material the moisture content of which is to standard. A structural combination of the annular heat exchangers (21) and the drying discs (23) is used to achieve a reduction in the complexity of the device structure, thereby reducing the fabrication accuracy and fabrication costs of the device, while maintaining many advantages of the device, such as a large heat exchange surface, high productivity, low power consumption, low device friction loss, as well as ensuring that the moisture content of a dry material is to standard.
