Abstract:
The present invention prevents unintended electrolytic corrosion in a nozzle cleaner for cleaning a nozzle provided with a liquid level detection function. This nozzle cleaner has: a cleaning tank 206 for holding a cleaning liquid, a first electrically conductive member 221 that is disposed so as to be immersed in the cleaning liquid held by the cleaning tank during nozzle cleaning, an ultrasound generation mechanism that is disposed such that at least a portion of a second electrically conductive member 209 is immersed in the cleaning liquid held by the cleaning tank during nozzle cleaning and that generates ultrasonic vibration in the cleaning liquid held by the cleaning tank, a first voltage control unit 302 for controlling the potential applied to the first electrically conductive member 221, and a second voltage control unit 303 for controlling the potential applied to the second electrically conductive member 209. The first voltage control unit 302 applies, to the first electrically conductive member 221, a second potential V2 higher than a first potential V1 applied to the nozzle during nozzle cleaning. The second voltage control unit 303 applies the same potential as the first potential V1 or a third potential V3 higher than the first potential V1 to the second electrically conductive member 209.
