Abstract:
A nozzle plate 110 is provided with a plurality of nozzle flow paths 111. The nozzle flow paths 111 are provided with: a nozzle taper part 1112 having a flow path area gradually increasing from a first surface Ba toward a second surface Bb opposed to the first surface Ba; and a straight communication part 1113 provided to be continuous with the second surface Bb and having a pair of opposed surfaces 1113a substantially parallel to each other. The straight communication part 1113 has a longer length in a first direction along the pair of opposed surfaces 1113a than a length in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction in the second surface Bb. The nozzle taper part 1112 is provided with a pair of step surfaces 1112b along the second direction, the step surfaces 1112b forming a step with respect to a taper surface 1112a with a nozzle opening part N held therebetween. The step surfaces 1112b are inclined surfaces having a smaller angle formed with respect to a hang-down surface or an axis parallel to a nozzle central axis than the taper surface 1112a.
