Abstract:
Provided are: a nozzle device and blowing device with which it is possible to perform, uniformly and suitably over a wide range, different processes using fluid on members to be processed; and a method for producing components, bearings, direct-acting devices, steering devices, vehicles and mechanical devices. The nozzle structure comprises: an inner member (11); an outer member (13) which surrounds the periphery of the inner member (11); and a layered flowpath (15) which is formed between the outer surface of the inner member (11) and the inner surface of the outer member (13), and through which flows a fluid. The blowing device and mechanical device equipped with the nozzle structure can perform processing on the inner member (11) by having a fluid flow through the flowpath (15).
