Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2022/030605
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A nucleic acid extraction container 160 that is provided with a filter part 166, wherein the filter part 166 comprises a hydrophilic filter 168 for collecting biological materials including a nucleic acid from a sample, a biological material collection area 166a for collecting the biological materials on the filter 168, and a sample permeation area 166b for allowing the passage of the sample having permeated through the filter. A sample injection port 174 is communicated with the biological material collection area 166a. An air communication port 178 is communicated with the biological material collection area 166a. A sample discharge port 176 is communicated with the sample permeation area 166b. The air communication port 178 is configured so as to be outwardly openable and closable.
