Abstract:
This method comprises causing a nucleic acid to be adsorbed on an aluminum oxide carrier, on the surface of which a water-soluble neutral polymer is adsorbed, and then recovering the nucleic acid by eluting the nucleic acid, wherein the method includes, as a step prior to eluting the nucleic acid from the carrier on which the nucleic acid is adsorbed, a step for bringing into contact a solution including a chelating agent at a concentration of 1 mM to 40 mM.
