Abstract:
Disclosed is a numerical method for optimizing the performance of an organic Rankine cycle system, comprising two parts: optimizing cycle parameters to improve system performance, and optimizing circulating working medium components to improve system performance. The method for optimizing cycle parameters to improve system performance comprises: selecting a parameter having a great effect on the system performance and perform sensitivity analysis on the parameter; and using a sensitivity change interval as an independent variable change interval, optimizing the system performance by means of an optimization algorithm. The method for optimizing circulating working medium components to improve system performance comprises: optimizing the mass flow / mole flow of each ingredient of the working medium to control the working medium components, taking the mass flow / mole flow of each component as an independent variable and a system performance evaluation index as a dependent variable, optimizing the system performance by means of an optimization algorithm. The present invention allows for the optimization of system node parameters and working medium components to be quickly completed, thereby simplifying the system design optimization process, and reducing the degree of technical personnel participation in the optimization process.
