Abstract:
The present invention relates to a nurse staffing system for overseas employment, comprising: a user terminal, which is used by nurses seeking employment at overseas hospitals and subsequent employment-based immigration, for uploading, after registering as a member, job-seeking information, including a desired country of employment and a field of expertise, and employment documents after being hired; a platform server, which approves membership registration on the basis of personal information collected from the user terminal upon membership registration, receives job-seeking information of users (nurses) regarding employment at overseas hospitals, and provides information about hospitals of potential employment on the basis of the job-seeking information; and a hospital server, which registers as a member by accessing the platform server, provides to the platform server recruiting information based on the nurse staffing needs, and determines whether or not to hire by receiving job-seeking information collected from the user terminal.
