Abstract:
The present invention relates to a sesame seed roasting machine which can prevent the sesame seeds from breaking apart, that is, from breaking the shape thereof and can maintain a nutty taste of sesame seeds during a sesame seed roasting process, and the present invention comprises: a roasting container (10) having a cylindrical shape of which the top is open, made of a copper material having high heat conductivity, and including a ceramic coating layer (11) with a thickness of 3mm to 5mm on an inner surface thereof; a plurality of heating plates (20) attached on an outer circumferential surface of the roasting container (10); a rotational supporting member (30) coupled with a lower surface of the roasting container (10) through a coupling member (99) and receiving the driving force of a motor (M) to rotate the roasting container (10); an exterior cover member (40) having a cylindrical shape of which the top is open and covering the roasting container (10) and the rotational supporting member (30) at the outer circumferential side of the roasting container (10) and the rotational supporting member (30); and a support (50) for supporting the exterior cover member (40). The roasting container of the sesame seed roasting machine of the present invention is manufactured using the copper material thereby having high heat conductivity to prevent the shape of the sesame seeds, that is, the spherical shape of the sesame seeds from breaking apart during the sesame seed roasting process, prevents the breaking apart of the sesame seed shape since a plurality of arc-shaped blades are tilted toward the rotating direction of the roasting container such that the sesame seeds are rotated with the rotation of the roasting container without falling out from a bottom surface and a lateral surface of the roasting container to roast the sesame seeds, and can maintain the true nutty taste of the sesame seeds by means of the ceramic coating layer formed on the inner circumferential surface of the roasting container.
