Abstract:
An object recognition method and system, and an electronic device, relating to the technical field of image recognition. The method comprises: recognizing an object in an image where a target object is located to obtain object information (S11); setting a plurality of space types (S12); respectively calculating, according to first object information, probabilities that a first object belongs to a first space type and a second space type to obtain a first probability and a second probability (S13); calculating, according to second object information, probabilities that a second object belongs to the first space type and the second space type to obtain a third probability and a fourth probability (S14); adding the first probability and the third probability to obtain a first space total probability that the target object belongs to the first space type (S15); adding the second probability and the fourth probability to obtain a second space total probability that the target object belongs to the second space type (S16); comparing the first space total probability with the second space total probability to determine a space type to which the target object belongs and an object type to which the target object belongs; and determining accurate information of the target object according to the object type and initial information (S21). The present application resolves the technical problem of inaccurate recognition result because some furniture having different functions may be easily confused due to similar appearances during recognition of furniture by using image recognition technology.
