Abstract:
Provided is an observation device (100), comprising: an imaging unit (151); a movement mechanism (160); and a stereoscopic information acquisition unit. The imaging unit (151) includes a first imaging optical system, which is a magnifying optical system and is a subject-side non-telecentric optical system in which an angle formed between one of principal rays on the subject side and the optical axis is 6° or more. The imaging unit (151) uses the first imaging optical system to image a sample (300) and acquire a first image. The movement mechanism (160) changes relative positions of the sample (300) and the imaging unit (151). The stereoscopic information acquisition unit acquires stereoscopic information on the sample (300) on the basis of a plurality of the first images acquired at different positions of the imaging unit (151) and information on respective imaging positions used to acquire the first images.
